Create : A Silent Art & Sound Journey (Nov 17)
8877 Selkirk St, Vancouver, BC V6P 4J6
A return to your center.
If you've been craving an evening to slow down, create, and come back to yourself, this is it.
The Journey
There is something powerful about slowing down enough to make something with your hands. No productivity goal. No pressure to be creative. No expectation to get it "right."
Just an evening to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, create, and be held by sound.I. Somatic Reset
- We begin in quiet reflection. We will begin by slowing the nervous system down through guided breath and grounding.
- Then you will be invited into a guided creative experience designed to help you move out of your head and into the present moment.
- And we will close the evening with a deeply immersive sound journey, allowing you to put everything down and simply receive.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be good at art?
There is no artistic skill required. This isn't an art class. It's an experience of being present with your hands, your senses, your imagination, and yourself.
Do I have to speak, introduce myself, or share anything with the group?
Not at all. This session is designed for total internal reflection. There are no icebreakers, no sharing circles, and no pressure to talk to anyone. You can arrive quietly, stay in your own space, and leave quietly.
