We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This allows you a moment to decompress in our lounge and transition slowly from the busy world outside into a state of rest.
Our sanctuary is a designated quiet zone designed to support deep inward reflection for all guests. Please maintain silence in all shared areas, including hallways, lounges, and changing rooms.
To foster genuine presence and protect the privacy and peace of others, we require that all mobile phones and digital devices be stored securely in your locker upon arrival.
